I was at BD as a Driver picking up a Sunday morning load. The trailer wasn't where it was supposed to be. Nobody responded at the \Shipping\ door. Nobody answered the 3 phone extensions posted as contacts. Nobody answered the phone number provided in dispatch. Eventually spoke with a yard goat. Trailer wasn't where he said it' be either. It was nearby. No Facilities or help for drivers At All...
