I remember the first Rally House I ever went to in Florence, KY and thought, WOW, this store is awesome. I was excited to find out Cleveland area had one, but the store seemed smaller and not as good selection. I did find the employees to be very friendly. Hopefully more stock will come in soon and I will surely be back.

The best customer service that I’ve received since being in Cleveland. Thank you Emma for answering ALL my questions and with a smile. The only recommendation I have is since it’s a game day gear store, there should be TVs that have the games playing on game day. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Always enjoyed this location. The staff is always extremely friendly. Unfortunately they are closing this location in January 2021. Good sale discounts up until then.
