GREAT PLACE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! My son needed one aluminum rim for his 2008 Corolla..... he'd slid on ice and hit a curb. I'd called earlier to see if they might have a 5x100 Toyota rim..... the gal on the phone wasn't sure, but I heard a guy beside her say, 'yup, we've got those'...... I said I'd be there at lunch time**. 2 hours later, I showed up, and SURE ENOUGH, the son of the owner was just arriving from somewhere else (I assume their former facility on Delta Line where they must have a massive inventory of rims / tires) with a 5x100 Toyota aluminum rim. In just 15 more minutes, I was on my way, with the old tire mounted on our 'new' rim...... and a super reasonable price tag. I don't know how they do it..... it seems chaotic and 'every man for himself', yet they always find what you need, and they solve your problem....... I've come here for years, and always leave with the sense that I'd been treated well, and got what I came for (and always at a fair price). I also note that each of their employees is constantly in motion..... they're hustling, and 'gettin' it done'..... very impressive. If you need tires or batteries, check out Beacon Batteries & Tires! - you won't be disappointed! **PS: from the time I left my office in Ferndale (11:20) 'til I returned with a new rim (with old tire mounted on it) was exactly one hour! I was amazed!

Beacon tires is without question, the best place I've EVER purchased tires! The owner is a down to earth, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, amazingly fast and fair! I LOVE THESE GUYS!
The price is fair... However we waited almost 3 hours on Saturday and got skipped multiple times during a very busy rush period which was very frustrating..... I would have given ONE STAR... however these guys were working in the pouring rain..raining sideways..the guy who helped us ( young man from Indiana) was the friendliest and nicest employee we have ever met at beacon... GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE ASAP.. he single handedly restored our faith in your company and is the soul reason you will get future business and a recommendation from us and everyone we refer...
