Each and every time I have been here I have been very pleased with the brother's customer service and professionalism. Very respectful, knowledgeable and very good with helping you with your hair care. I went yesterday with my sister and I'm pretty sure I was getting on his nerves. Lol. He never showed or expressed it. We weren't rushed and most places try to get u to hurry up and buy. However he didn't. Took the trip and will continue to tke the drive frm h.c to make my hair care purchases from them. BLACK OWNED. RESPECTED BY ME! THANK U

Love this place. Black owned beauty supply. Everyone is very friendly and the store is always clean. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone visiting the Baltimore area. Great customer service, prices and location.
This store was a relief to find with very professional, friendly and helpful staff. There is a decent selection of products and fair pricing. There was even a couple of bargain boxes that had very usable items.
