Went in looking to see if a hand mixer was in stock yet. It did not seem to be ,so I found a sales associate and she was very helpful. She was able to order the mixer on line and help with discounts and having it shipped to my house in a couple days. I feel I was taken care of very well!
They've always been a good place to shop in.
The stock here is not as diverse and humongous as other locations, but it's still one of the most fun stores in the Saratoga area for getting lost in a variety of items, many you won't find anywhere else. The staff are generally helpful, but one time one of the employees was rapping some nasty stuff while I was shopping. It was... unsettling. Don't bother coming after the holidays, the place has been cased by then.
Placed a order beginning of December. Told it would deliver in time for Christmas. Said it was shipped but tracking said it wasn’t. Store tells you to call the logistics company they tell you to call the store. Needless to say the presents will not be here in time and NO ONE would help me. Delivery to store was not an option so no Christmas present for my mom. Thanks guys!
Found what I wanted. Towels, are thin, not pure cotton and too expensive for the quality.
