Bad customer service. Kat was useless manager not trying to help customers when they ask for manager. They don’t even know the manager name how sad is that. They told to call corporate telephone but they didn’t provide with the number what’s so ever. No wonder it looks like they are going out business. They lost the sense of how to have good customer service starting with manager going down to employees as well. I will never go back to the store to buy anything. I rather buy on Amazon. Save time and save experience of bad service.

I love BEDBATHBEYOND during the past decade. Especially Northridge branch which I sign also the offer of more discount, no need to bring the coupon and additional discount just only gave my information, I am so happy to the Northridge branch This studio branch is also but I am only disappointed to lady cashier not letting me to exchange because of 90 days policy which I totally, and respect. But I explained to her the reason why I did bring the item, that I am not aware for 90 days if I know, really I will do my best to be there in that store within the 90 days. I try to exchange where I bought which is in Northridge branch but they are not accepting the return because they are closing and they selling only a clearance items. So I just keep my item and thinking will go in studio branch if I have my time because I always out of my way there in studio branch, so I decided to keep my item, and when I had a time I will bring to Studio branch, I am disappointed to the lady cashier does not have any consideration at all and I explained to her, and I said if I am aware of 90 days I will not keep for sometime, all I want to please take consideration, she is firm to her decision not telling me to say sorry at all and what she did she just ignore me but if I know, believe me, I will not wasting my time to go and drive in studio city branch All I want take consideration since I've been a customer for a decade. Thank you

I went to BB&B to look for storage baskets - both fabric & plastic & have to say their inventory was scarce. I found these items online in the color I wanted as opposed to physically going to the store. I think for the time being in just going to order what I need online .
