Huge disappointed, stock down, store a mess and unfriendly and snappy employees. I paid 14.00 for a utinsel that was marked 5 on shelf and it was the last one. Have always felt it was upscale; sure wasn't that day.

Purchased bread maker online for pickup. Submitted my order but the website never generated an order for me but they took the money out of my Paypal account. It has been a week and customer support still has not responded. So I have no record of an order but Bed Barth and Beyond took the money form my account and now support is ignoring me. First and last time I ever buy anything from them.
We received a shipment addressed to us that was for another customer and not only did we have to take their shipping error to Fed Ex to ship it back, but they made both us and the other customer wait for our orders until their error was received back at their warehouse! You couldn’t make that total lack of customer service up! We should have been rewarded for returning their shipping error and instead they inconvenienced 2 customers!!!
