I happily purchased a new 20ft by 7ft car hauler around april of 2019. About 3 weeks after owning my trailer one of the wheels completely fell off of it while driving. After tracking down the wheel and further inspection, I noticed that there was never a retainer clip or anything on the nut that holds the hub onto the axle. Trashed the wheel bearing and almost the hub too. So I called them. They told me to talk to dexter, and that they weren’t liable. Okay great. So i got the parts and fixed it my self. Lesson learned and I will never be back. Recently sold and purchased a Lamar trailer from best choice trailers. A few more bucks but as they say you get what you pay for.
