This was my first car purchase in over 30 years due to other cars available for my use. My Sales Associate, John Terdik was amazing! He took so much time with me to explain the car, about Mazda overall, pricing and more. When I picked up my new CX-9, he went over every feature on the car to ensure I was comfortable driving in home. I also received a follow-up call from John a couple of days later to ensure all was good with the car. The Manager, Scott, was also great and worked with us on the price overall. As with car dealership, we will prepared for a \pushy\ sell from the finance dept. On the contrary, the Finance person was very helpful and went over our options. Mazda Bedford made my car purchase very pleasant.

Great dealership, they treat everyone like family. 2020 update - Sean Hardnick helped find me a Mx-5 RF and worked tirelessly to get it to Cleveland for me. I cannot say enough kind words about everyone at this dealership from sales, to financing, to the service department. If you need a car, go see them.
