I had an MRI scheduled today at 4:15. When I arrived i was told my appointment had been cancelled (this doctors office is 30 minutes from my house) The lady that makes these appointments was so rude and let me know that she “doesn’t know how I got on that schedule anyway because she doesn’t do these this late” and continued to be super rude from there. She was very snarky and passive aggressive. I was still trying to figure out how my appointment got cancelled. I have no desire to spend an hour in my car round trip to be treated this way. There are too many doctors out there. If you don’t mind being treated like you don’t matter, this is your place.

The MRI scheduler is rude and I see I am not the only one that had issues. They can’t manage to send you an appt reminder email? And you will be told that if you receive a phone call reminder that it will be for the wrong time and to disregard!?? Get it together morons it’s 2021

Dr. Michael Nguyen fixed my wife's rotator cuff about 6 months ago. She couldn't be happier (which in turn makes me happier!). She was scared to even visit a doctor but Dr. Nguyen had her feel at ease from the very beginning. We heard from so many people how tough rotator cuff surgery is to recover from, but it was pretty easy for her. After the surgery she took pain medications for maybe 2 days, and started physical therapy. She works in a warehouse lifting a bunch of heavy boxes, and now she is able to do whatever she wants. She used to wake up 4-5 times a night because of her shoulder. After surgery she's able to sleep all night for the first time in years. We are forever grateful to Dr. Nguyen. This was the best decision we made in a long time.

Dr Nathan Haile did a total knee replacement on me when other doctors would not, due to a medical condition. The work he did was impressive to say the least. He went out of his way to get certified at the hospital necessary and followed my case carefully after that. I highly recommend this offce, the entire staff is wonderful!
