Purchased Ultimate Party Package - Newnan, GA but our kids were told by ride staff that they were limited to 4 turns on each ride. Contacted local manager and was informed that this is not the case. Ride staff continued to treat children poorly. We received a 25.00 discount but some of the kids were too afraid to take additional turns on the rides. On a positive note the Party Hostess was extremely helpful and even tried to help us console the kids. Wish I had a corporate contact to relay this information to. One star experience, 5 stars for hostess.

My name is Christina Vigo, I purchased a membership being misinformed and led on to be a monthly membership by your team members at urban air in Port Saint Lucie Florida. It was my first time here and I walked in for a birthday to see what this place was about and have a fun time with my friends. An urban team member approached us and suggested a membership but did not inform me about a 12-month contract. She told us it’s a monthly payment of 18.99 and coming twice you already made up for your one-time purchase. I then asked her what are the hidden fees and what is the down payment? She only said We are running a promotion today and you only have to put 5.00 down. She then preceded by grabbing my phone bringing me onto the website, clicking the membership for me, then handing me the phone when I needed to fill in my card information, email address, etc. and completed the membership for me. Your team members are neglecting, misinforming, and misleading your contract information. ITS MONTHLY AFTER YOUR 12 MONTH CONTRACT IS UP. I would have never considered it! We spoke to the same member and the manager of the day that we don’t think we would continue to come to the park, and we were misinformed of the contract. We explained to them as we did on here for you that we have purchased it 11/22/2020 and I asked members and mangers same day while at the park if I could just pay for the DAY platinum membership, they told me to go on your customer service website. I don’t understand how I never used the membership more than 4 hrs. for one day your only business options are two continue the contract or pay the full amount of the contract upfront. When I feel its pretty fair business to just be charged for the platinum day. My sister sent one email through the same channels and was approved of her cancelation. While I have been going back and forth. I have provided a snap shot and my list of multiple inquiries I will be reporting this situation with the Better Business Bureau.

I signed up for the platinum package thinking it would be great because my kids could eat and play as long as they want. Well due to covid they have no food and half the place is closed down. I sent multiple emails and called to discuss cancelling my package but they refuse to. They even went as far as to say "we have no control over Coved". Well I don't either but I do not want to pay for something that I am not getting at this point.

after being on hold 15 minutes and finally opting for a call back which I did receive in a timely manner I informed urban air I wanted to cancel my membership. I got this MEMBERSHIP in February 2020. I've already overpaid as far as I'm concerned since the pandemic is still ongoing I had read you must pay for a year. My child is not using it, and never will the rep informed me I still needed to pay until April since the payments had be stopped, due to the pandemic for 2 months. Keep in mind my child has not been in there since February 2020 and I have paid thru March 2021. DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP FROM URBAN AIR. JUST DON'T DO IT!

Visited the Harmon Road Urban Air to use my sons new monthly membership. While visiting I noticed what appeared to be one of the indoor skydiving instructors/members park his motorcycle on the side walk in front of the building blocking the flat sidewalk/handicap ramp access to the building. As a disabled veteran I understand the importance of the handicap ramp/access for other disabled persons. I mentioned the vehicle violation/issue to the front desk. They advised they would have him move the bike shortly. After an hour the bike still had not been moved and no attempt was being made to do so. I called the location and ask for the General Managers name. I was told they could not provide employee names. I have never seen a business whom could not provide the name of a manager for operation concerns. I called the 2nd time and was hung up on. What bothers me was the arrogance and total disregard for visiting disabled persons. Additionally, the lack of professionalism to handle what should be an easy fix. Customer service and leadership are extremely lacking at Harmon Road. Not sure if Ken May is still the CEO but, I hope he or someone else sees this and addresses it as it violates the ADA.

Be careful before you get a membership. They charge you full price but if all the things they promised in the membership are not available they do not refund your money or cancel your membership. The customer service is very poor.

Very very rude customer service!! We signed up for a 12 month membership and was told they would cancel my membership in February which did not happen was charged for March as well. I have been trying to get a refund they will not do it and the girl that called me back from the membership department was very rude and hung up on me when I was trying to explain the situation to her!!!! Down below is the first email I received in December which I told them I would make the last 2 payments then wanted to cancel. Now they are trying to say it was actually March.. more like you just don’t want to refund for March!!!! Thank you for reaching out regarding Urban Air Memberships. Guest safety is of the utmost importance. We have a rigorous cleaning protocol in place and have implemented additional measures simply as a precaution. Our memberships are a 12-month commitment which is how we provide such a great value. Due to the recovery of the pandemic we will allow Members to pause their membership for an additional 90 days. Please reply if you would like us to process this request. You have two (2 of 12) payments remaining to fulfill your contract. If you would like to cancel your membership agreement early, the term-balance due is: 135.90 plus applicable taxes. This early termination fee is the remaining balance due on your contract. Please reply back letting us know how you would like to proceed: 1. Continue with your membership through the end of the contract term 2. Pause your membership for 90 days, billing will resume after this time 3. Pay the remaining term balance and terminate your membership immediately. We will process the term balance due to the credit card on your account.

Only 2 people in food and drink bar. Long line waiting just for a drink. Birthday party was in not very organized, but if you're going to jump and that's it, it should be good!!
