DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (unless your buying for next winter) I prepaid for 2 tons of pellets back in mid August. They said it would be there early November. Its now been 3 months. When I called to ask when it would be delivered, I was told they haven't even gotten the pallets from the distributor. I canceled my order and called ace hardware. Not only can they deliver it today, it will be cheaper. Again. Avoid this company so that they will fail, like any bad company should.

Did not deliver within window specified and made no attempts to contact me until I reached out to them when the delivery was a week late. Finally got a confirmed delivery date, which came and went...still no pellets. Truck driver called and was very rude and said it's not their fault they are late. What?! If they don't have the resources to keep up with deliveries or at least contact their customers, yes that's their fault. When I did finally get my pellets, I unwrapped the first ton and they were covered in water. Bags soaked and ruined. Currently, trying to return the unusable product. Will never use them again.

Quick and easy ordering and delivery! I like that they also have an indoor option for delivery! 4 stars because as we got to the bottom of our a first pallet there was bags filled with saw dust, 5 or 6 that we couldn’t use, and it already passed the 30 day period. Getting to the bottom of our next pallet and hoping I don’t find the same thing! But honestly will use again!

Wood pellets has been awesome. I used to use another supplier. I used to pay more and deliveries were in consistent. Wood pellets gives me a premium pellet at a very reasonable price. They always deliver on the date they give.

The drivers are professional and arrange the 3 ton and a half pallets perfectly. The pellet quality is exceptional and consistent from year to year!
