The only nice people who work there are Mike and a very young male who also rings up customers. The tall older man with a balding head and glasses is extremely rude and talks to people like they are beneath him. The prices are great but customer service is lacking.

Customer service is awful towards us of color. even after spending 500 dollars with these people theyll still treat you like you're beneath them, one guy even questioned my wife not in a helpful way but a harassing way as if she was trying to steal, I bought a pair of cordless masters the blade was broke upon taking it out of the box I called to have a asian woman tell me I have customer trying to pay call back please then hung up on me smh I then called back and a guy said to bring my invoice and they'll credit me or swap them out.. this place is very unprofessional I wish there were more black owned beauty suppliers for us in this industry to get tools from, if it wasnt for the pricing I would have walked out me and my wife
They discriminate & are very rude. They try to deny you & then get mad when u have proper paperwork. I came back the next day after becoming a member & they still acted as if I didnt belong. There are better & friendlier competitors near by
They are very rude.. Asian woman answered phone I was calling to set up business account she stated I’m busy in the morning n hung up the phone!
