I took my 2009 Kawasaki Mule 4010 with 500 hours on it to the service department because it had a loss of power. I was charged over 500.00 dollars and was told that one cylinder was bad and the engine had to be replaced or rebuilt and it would cost over 2000.00 to rebuild the engine. My friend and I decided to check the compression ourselves and it was fine, we discovered that it had a bad coil which we replaced for under 100.00. I will never do business with them again. WHAT A RIP OFF!

Even though it was a faulty engine on John Deere's end they have had our tractor during our busiest season ever. I just had to rent equipment for the last 15 weeks. Out over 12 k .. they do not stand behind their customers they would not lend us equipment to help my wife which is number one landscape desiger maybe they are sexiest.... woman Do NotBNot here!!!
I bought a brand new tractor here in 2017.. it had a faulty engine. John Deere has had our tractor since may. I am a woman landscape designer they keep saying it will be fixed. Nope now it's the end of August now. They Will not lend you a tractor or stand Behind there customers. I have been out thousands of dollars in rentals plus I have lost jobs.i have all the attachments so I can not use my mower, box blade, rake, forks, or loader .This Is a Huge Loss I have been patient til now.
They have my moms tractor for over 15 weeks which has cost her thousands no help w lending equipment or integrity ... women shoppers Beware
