The fashion design here is so beautiful and well crafted. I'm really pleased with the service and ability to customize what I bought. I picked up some wonderful pieces that I can not wait to wear. They are totally unique so I know I won't see them on anyone else and to me that is valuable. I had to get some alterations done. Between the staff and owner I feel well supported. I highly recommend this boutique!

I tried buying a shirt over 6 months ago now. (Back before the store came to Michigan street.) This really nice shirt included alteration with the price. After going into the store multiple times to check on and adjust the fit (I was only called once throughout the whole process.) I never heard back from them. I paid for the shirt in full and never heard back. Niecele is really sweet, which is why this review isn't getting a one star, but the customer service is severely lacking in attentiveness. Paid 90, got nothing. **Update: Now I'm being offered store credit when it should be a refund, not to mention it's been over two years since this incident. (I tried to resolve for about a year before I left this review and this review is dated on google as being a year old.) Unacceptable.

I am flabbergasted and disheartened at the lack of professionalism of Neciele. My sister-in-law and I both had the same horrific experience. We had our dresses hemmed and taken in. However, upon pick up we realized that we couldn't wear our formal gowns because they were destroyed. The hem line was done on a diagonal and serger was used instead of being folded under and sewn. Furthermore, Neciele's behavior towards us was unfathomable.She kicked us out- never to return, called security and refused to take ownership of her mistake. She wouldn't provide a refund or compensate us for the dresses she ruined. Please beware. Go to Golden Needle instead for all your alterations needs. She is a dress doctor- absolutely phenomenal!
