We started services at Butterfly Pediatric Therapy for help with a motor coordination disorder and a list of learning disorders with our oldest son. We chose Butterfly Pediatrics based on a referral and a statement of preference from his new private school. My child had significant trust issues with adults after leaving the public school system. William at Butterfly Pediatric Therapy was able to build a positive rapport and establish trust with my son. This was vital to the growth my son made and I really believe that this establishment of trust transferred to an ability to trust in other situations. My two youngest children have received services for similar challenges. The therapists appear knowledgeable. In conversations with staff, I have heard enthusiasm about various professional developments they have taken or that they are planning to take. There is certainly a whole child perspective and they have helped my children in a variety of developmental areas. Staff have worked collaboratively with my children’s teachers and support staff at their school as well as us as a family. When therapists have left for various life events, such as having a new baby, Mansi and her staff have always made the transitions flawless, even coordinating an overlap to help the child transition to a new care provider. During covid-19 staff found ways to address our children’s needs. Mansi is very caring and has always prioritized our children’s care over other values. Our two oldest have successfully met thier goals and we are forever grateful for Mansi and her team’s contribution to our children’s well-being. I would highly recommend Butterfly Pediatric Therapy.

My son started working with Mansi at around 3.5yrs old. He relied on Pediasure for his daily diet and ate only 5 foods. He was extremely sensitive to noises, visual stimulation, could not tolerate feeling different textures with his hands, had meltdowns daily due to overstimulation and had an inability to recognize and communicate the way his body felt. He is now 8, eats a balanced diet, communicates when he needs a break or when he feels like he is getting overwhelmed. He has learned how to use tools such as a seat cushion for wiggling, chewies for mouth stimulation, fidgets to allow him to concentrate on what is happening in the classroom. Not only has Mansi helped us in the clinic, but she has been an integral part of helping our son integrate in a mainstream classroom. She has helped both us and the teachers understand how to best accommodate our son. She has also helped direct us to other professionals to best help with further development. We are about to graduate from OT, and Mansi has proven to not just be an amazing therapist, but a partner in the development of our son. Butterfly Pediatric Therapy is the best of the best!
