I usually never write reviews but I am compelled to write one due to the horrible experience I had today. I opted for a 1 hour massage. I felt the massage was just OK (I have had better massage in some other spas who charge similar fees). But that's all was fine. Mid way through the massage, I was asked how much I am going to tip. Seriously??? The masseuse also demanded some tip and told me that other clients also pay her the same. To this, I politely replied isn't it up to me how much I pay and can't I decide after I am done with the service? Then she again asked how much I am thinking of paying. To this I just replied probably 15% to which she said it's pretty less and it's not a restaurant (Again seriously??). This just ruined my experience; I was just not able to relax and wanted it to get over quickly. I still left a 15% tip at the desk but will probably will never repeat or recommend anyone.

The folks here are great! I have had three different massage therapists and all have been great. You can make an appointment and I have also walked in admirer throwing out my back. I have done many massages, get them weekly, and this is a great place with great people.

Went in with short notice severe neck and calf pain. Paid for a one hour massage. Lan (Carrie) was amazing!! She found places on my body that hurt that I didn't know about! I left there being able to walk without a limo AND turn my head! Considering I drive a street sweeper for a living I need mobility in my neck!! Thank you so very much for the help! I'm coming back next week. Paul

Great experience! The cute massage therapist \Chen\ provided one of the best massages I've ever had! The Spa itself is very nice with friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Ocean Relax Center to a friend.
