The Overlake Pavilion is parallel with the hospital. The Pavilion has a Starbucks on the bottom floor/street level. In the garage, just before the Pavilion and to the right of Starbucks, they provide one hour of free parking. You take the PARKING ELEVATOR UP from the garage to the BLDG LOBBY*WALK ACROSS THE LOBBY* to the **FLOORS**ELEVATOR BAY to get to your Appt It can be a little confusing. It’s confused me and many in the lobby that I’ve seen when visiting. It will eventually become second nature. These providers are professionals and some of the very best in their field. It’s the bedside manner that Overlake has adopted that mentally, emotionally and physically gives a positive uplifting effect. When you ask questions they are friendly and unquestionably knowledgeable. When you are worried and maybe don’t feel well or feel concerned about someone you love ️ and their care...you don’t have to question that they will be taken care of here. When facing hurdles and challenges to have care that’s inclusive of kindness makes it that much easier to be there. Knowing how to get to your appointment is a good start. Also, the comfort of coffee, something to eat at the Starbucks is psychologically healing in itself, lol ;] Having less stress when you get there, even better. There are also North and South garages for the hospital however the parking connected directly to the Pavilion (building with Starbucks on the bottom) is most relevant and the easier path for appointments there. Overlake thank you for the love, it’s shown through ️️ and true

Despite the parking garage saying that your parking pass will be validated do not expect this to happen...because it doesn't. People are nice enough. Just be prepared to pay through the nose for parking.

I went with her to an appointment and saw what she meant. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It made a very hard time much easier. And because the staff were so skillful and attentive, my mom is now cancer-free.
