I love the people here in Bellingham at NW Culligan. From the office staff to the driver’s,they are the kindest, they are professional, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately, even though our experience with the friendly delivery guys has been great, the customer service is not even good, at all. We've been out of our water & since last week, no one answers their phone, we have left several messages over voicemail, answering service, email & \Contact Us\ link on website...yet, not even a response!

We live in Oak Harbor so it must be difficult for Culligan to service but for over 20 years, Culligan has always offered us outstanding service and product.

Things have gotten better, however, they can improve on letting us know when the drivers will be showing up. They don't always show up when the calendar says so. Other than that, I still like my water and service I get.
