From the time we walked into the door, greeted by John Bassi who welcomed us in, we knew this was the right place for our mother's untimely passing. Him and his staff treated us with caring and dignity. We commenced with an upfront discussion about the services and pricing. They were upfront about the safety measures which we must follow. We were walked through the coming days and what to expect. He openly answered any questions or concerns we may have. On the day of the visitation, John and Scott made sure every need was covered. The virtual visitation was really helpful for out of town, out of country, and others who wanted to stay safe in this current pandemic environment. The following day included the drive from the funeral home, passing my mother's home, and to the church for the mass. Keeping the police escort and the mourners in their cars all in sync with the route was well managed. John and Scott made sure everything went off without issues. Even after the arrangements were completed, we know the staff at Belmont Funeral Home will be available for any questions while we maneuver through the process of transitioning my mom and her estate to their final ending.
