It was cool yesterday, but you couldn't tell from the crew. They worked hard and was finished in record time. The crew leader (that's what I am calling him) came to my door, following all COVID requirements (mask and distance). Told me what they were going to do, did it, and then told me what was done. But wait, he also shared what's going to happen next. Even Keith (with his cute self - don't worry - Keith and my youngest son are the same age) stopped by to check on me. How awesome is that. This company ROCKS!

Please please please do not go with this company! The solar panel system they setup is a scam. They put my system up and right away the inverter broke. I could not get ahold of anyone to come out and look at it. Their \tech support\ kept saying everything was working fine. All they saw was the connection to the wifi. After a month of no production I recieved an outlandish \estimate\ bill. When I called they stated it showed zero production and that couldn't be right so they billed me what it should have made. This went on for months. Finally after threating to tear it down a tech came out. He found the bad inverter. He said he would be back the next day to fix it. One month and another estimated bill later he came back. Now that this has all been repaired the price per Kwh has gone up. I wanted this to save money and do my part for the environment. Now its costing me more money and the headaches of dealing with this company has probably shortened my life. RUN AWAY!

Representative Amadou Kone was knowledgeable and informative through every step of the process leading up to the installation. The solar panels were installed by a professional group of men who did a fantastic job!!
Wow talk about horrible customer service. I am talking about Vivint Solar in general. I have never had a worse experience. They will not help me due to the Pandemic and have continued to the contract that clearly states act of God, i.e. PANDEMIC. I have called 5-10 times and no one has helped me. However their customer service was horrible prior to COVID-19, just to clarify, it is horrible in general. WOW, do NOT get VIVANT SOLAR.
