We have been customers of Affordable Water for many years now, buying a water softener about 15 years ago from Paul and having it serviced and salt delivered since then. Paul and Josh have been great to work with. Today I met Chris who came to replace our hot water heater and ended up replacing our first water softener as well. Chris' knowledge and experience made the decision to invest in the new water softener as well almost painless. :D Chris did an excellent job and, when he left, everything was cleaned up totally. This is a great company to work with - I trust them completely and refer them without hesitation.

I have been a little stressed on deciding who to use for a new water softener. Paul was parked down the block doing an install and I just went with it called the number on his van. I am not kidding when I say he was over in 15 minutes and gone in another half an hour after fully installing my new unit. Knowledgeable and professional. Great pricing too. Paul and his apprentice wore masks the entire time. Extremely impressed.

Chris and Tyler installed a complete water softening system as well as a reverse osmosis system at our house yesterday.
