When I am purchasing a vehicle for business I don't have the time or the patience to make the car buying process a convoluted exercise. First off I was pleased that the dealer was able to locate a vehicle in transit to another Lithia dealer as opposed to doing a factory order. Working out the cost of the new vehicle, the trade in, and the financing was smooth and efficient. I felt that I came away with a fair deal. The combination of a fair deal, smooth transaction, and the attentiveness of the people at the dealership is why I have been buying Chevy pickups continuously from Chevrolet of Bend (formerly Bob Thomas) for the last 26 years.
