Fairway Green apartments are a great place to live. I couldn’t be happier there! The apartments are clean, roomy, quiet and the complex is very safe. Tenants are always very friendly. Tim and Issac are the best! Anything you need Tim is always super helpful and friendly and responds fast to any needs! Issac goes far above his duties and helps out whenever he can. This is the place to be. I don't understand why there are so many negative comments. Tim goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and accommodates you when he can even going above and beyond expectations. The same with Issac, always super helpful and very friendly. Also Barb on the weekends in the office is very helpful.

Well first off if u like privacy dont live here cause Tim is always in ur business if he sees ur car he will say u dont have a job I think he needs to worry bout his job like some warm water for more than 5 min alot of my outlets dont work building is trash and manager

I would give them ZERO stars, but then I can't post this*** For those of you looking into moving into this dump, DON'T!! The management is the worst! Since I moved in, they increased the price of the washers and dryers and majority of the time none of them work. People would steal clothes from the dryer. The rent goes up every year, but the apartments don't ever get upgraded. Just the outside, which they probably used that money to hire landscapers that BURNED the grass. The chemicals in the pool, give you a rash. You can count on skunks every night by the front doors, every summer. Good luck trying to steer away from those golf balls that smash windows and NO ONE takes responsibility for, so now your stuck paying the price. And when you decide to leave, you get a phone call saying that you owe thousands of dollars in cleaning fees(which I cleaned before I left), a pet fee (which wasn't on my lease), new carpet that THEY decided to replace and charge me 2500, an EXPIRED parking sticker that they wanted me to return, BUT every time I went to their office, they were closed and I work full-time. AND keep my security deposit on top of that!! The price for the apartment is not worth it alone. Don't waste your time and/or money with this place. There are better apartments near that area that have

APARTMENTS RECENTLY RENOVATED. This apartment complex is in a convenient location and right next to a beautiful golf course. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The grounds are always kept nice and if any maintenance is needed it is attended to right away. They recently got a new driveway that looks wonderful! The rent is a decent price for the accommodations.

I have lived in this complex for a period of time now. I have things I like about the property! as well as, things I do not like. I will list my likes first! The staff in the office are friendly! The grounds are kept neat! Each of the three building has six washers and dryers! The pool is available from Memorial Day To Labor Day! Soliciting is prohibited! The school district is okay considering all aspects of the common core! Water is included in the rent! Now to the bad items: Water is free so no dish washers. You can count on a washer and dryer to be faulty! You may lose your money and never get it back even with reports to the office, whom do not own said appliances. Kids whom live on the property continue to jam items into the locks of the building(s) entrances to allow themselves access into the building without keys while outside playing. This damages your main entrance lock allowing anyone access to your unit door. Your car is at risk of being hit with golf balls from the neighboring golf course! Parking can be crazy if you arrive home in the evening! Background Checks have not been done on tenants including myself! You will pay for it though! ISRAEL CABALLERO a registered sex offender lives in the complex. The building has a new management staff working hard to correct issues in the complex. Updates will be made in a year!
