A ridiculous and tedious process. You can fill out the claim form online and submit, but apparently submitting the form only gives you a PDF that you must then print out and and physically mail in. As I had assumed my form had been submitted electronically, I did not mail in the form, thinking that would be redundant. When I didn't hear from them, I called and a man told me I had to mail in the form. So I did, that day, and then I received an email stating that my claim was not received within 30 days. I called Guardsman again, and after being on hold for 25 minutes, transferred and then on hold for another 10 minutes, I was told that the only thing I could do was send an email. I asked to speak to a manager but the representative refused. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Just look at their Yelp reviews. Every single one is equally abysmal.
