I practically live here... and that would make my wife give you a 1-star... but I can't help myself. Wood selection could use improvement, lately the lumber is going a bit curvy... but it far surpasses Home Depot (UGH!), so can't holler too much. Other than that, I've rarely entered this place without finding what I need.

It was a great shopping experience! A service Representative helped us get our tile products, made sure we had the right ones. Bill did a great job helping us make the right decisions. We had an enjoyable short instruction guide from him. He went above and beyond making sure our Lowes needs visit was productive and we went home with what we needed. Cashier was wonderful making sure I got my Military Discount. Excellent Lowe's I feel reflects on great management. Lowe's varies from store to store. Some the employees hide from you or act dumb. Went to pick up a dryer that we ordered online. Quinta customer service and as the red and white sign says product pick up here. The cashier and male, middle-aged. Was rude and stated that this was for returns only. When I ask the gentleman why the red and white sign said product pick up here a rudely pointed to the end of the counter and said that is for you to pick up items. Are any of this visit a female worker was beside this gentleman on the phone and her name was \Jinx
