They are the best and so kind and quick to resolve issues. I actually found them by accident. I was on my way to another storage place when I passed them. I stopped in and it was so clean and nice and the staff was super helpful when i was signing up. Well fast forward 4 mths and i came to check on my stuff and discovered a problem with my storage that i was not happy with and i called them and i was told by the manager they would take care of it that week. To be honest I didnt believe it... but just so happen I was back in town a little over a week later and the issue had been resolved and haven't had that issue since. I haven't had to call about problems it's been a simple and quick process with really nice, helpful and awesome staff to help with your storage.

Amazing customer service (thanks again Jackie!), competitive prices and a brand new, quality storage location that is climate controlled. We were super happy to find StrongPoint to ensure our furniture didn't get ruined in storage thanks to the climate control and also pest control. No complaints at all, only positive accolades.

I was looking for an inside air conditioned storage facility for some home items since we were moving. I stopped by to see Jackie and found out that the facility was brand new as she gave me a tour. Everything looked great and I decided to rent. I stopped by the next day to place some furniture items in storage and it was very convenient to get into the facility using my discreet entry code and there were even trollies available to move my furniture from the offload area through the facility to my specific locker. Thanks Jackie for your kindness and a tour of your facility. I would recommend your storage facility to others without a hesitation.

StrongPoint accommodated me not just once but twice! Jackie, the GM at the Bentonville, AR location, bent over backwards to ensure that I had the space that I needed at the time that I needed it and in an ideal location within the facility, with very short notice. It’s customer service like that provided by Jackie that sets StrongPoint apart from all the others.
