First time I visited this dealership it was a good experience and even tho I didn't purchase a car everyone was kind and helpful. I am waiting to save more money for my down payment to finally get my Mercedes S550. The manager Alex gave me plenty of options and was very pleasant to talk to. I recommend everyone to this place.
I give NO stars to this dealership. DO NOT waste your time and money here. All the workers quit and get fired so easily. EXCEPT one salesman Benny Rodriguez. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. he lies so much and cheated 6,000 out of me. when I signed my contract he did not even give me a copy I had to wait via mail. They get no business whatsoever. Every sales man is no worth any of your time. The front desk woman names, Jaqueline is amazing. She will be the ONLY one handling all your needs and problems. She is very friendly and polite and helps the best she can. I only wish she could have helped me out instead of a salesmen. I warn each and one of you, DO NOT GO HERE, STAY AWAY. I do not understand how they are still in business cause they do not get any!

Horrible experience, I financed my 2010 Mercedes Benz 300 from this dealer. After having the car for LESS THAN 2 WEEKS, I had to make over a 1,000 dollars in repairs that were "supposedly" not covered by the dealer or by the warranty. I had to fix the shocks, the windshield needed to be replaced because it had one small crack which is my fault because I didn't notice it was there when I purchased the car, so took it back to the dealer and they "filled it" the next day the crack had spread throughout the windshield. When I called them to see if they can replace it, they said no, a few days later my sunroof got stuck....took the car back to the dealer and once again they told me NO they couldn't fix it. Horrible experience, they sell faulty cars, they've had bad reviews with the Better Business Bureau and also had complaints filed against them, mine being one of them. That place is a joke, I don't recommend it for anyone!
This is the worst place I have ever visited in 10 years of driving in the NYC metro area. They overcharge you several times the market price for parts and labor, and the repairs are NOT even done well. They screw up with the repairs and install inferior quality parts. They get sued so often, they keep a full time lawyer on the payroll. Avoid this place at all costs! You have been warned.
