I've had a great experience at Caves Du Vin from the start. Stacie is very responsive and helpful (even more than I could reasonably expect sometimes), and her operation is top-notch. This is definitely my long-term wine storage option for the discernible future.

Very personal and incredibly responsive by phone or personal text. Great wine storage facility that is very flexible for pick-up, drop-off, delivery, shipping, and anything else. Has a great area for opening a bottle to taste with friends as well.

The service at Caves du Vin makes me feel like my business is appreciated. Stacie is nothing short of AMAZING, and went out of her way to accommodate my crazy schedule. She communicates quickly, updates her business information often and through various means, and makes sure I know what's going on. She takes my shipments, and updates my cellar tracker. She offers first class treat meant at an incredible value. This is MUCH more than I can say for the other East Bay competitor, that made me wait and do things on his schedule, has much higher prices for a small fraction of the services, and isn't as responsive of a communicator. I won't store my wine ANYWHERE else.
