This is a superb practice with excellent practitioners. I highly recommend them. I have seen Amy myself and have taken my daughter to Lauren. Both are kind gentle and extremely well educated in their field. Lauren specializes in pediatric acupuncture and was an excellent match for my eight year old who had some anxiety about the needles. Since seeing Lauren her immune system has improved. It wasn’t only acupuncture but a holistic health consultation. Full stamp of approval!

Mitchell Family Acupuncture is, without hyperbole, one of the most grounded, healing, restorative and magical places around. And the same can be said about all of the staff. Everyone is so informed, so warm, so talented, so engaged, and incredibly knowledgeable and grounded in the wide world of Eastern Medicine, acupuncture, and healing in all its forms. I don’t have the words to truly communicate my appreciation and gratitude for this place, this practice, and the people that make it and continue to build it. Suffice it to say that I always feel taken care of, safe, and I always, ALWAYS learn more - about myself, my body, my feelings, the practices that help me build my self-care. Alison in particular always offers such an interesting perspective and has such a practical approach to her practice and her treatments. I truly love and feel connected to everything about this place and the people in it and can not recommend MFA enough. It has literally changed my life in innumerable, positive ways - in ways I could have never imagined - and helped support me through some of the toughest times in my life and my body. I will come here for as long as I possibly can.
