I took in my broken vacuum cleaner to get a fix estimate; 20 minutes later I walked out with a working unit. These guys are very good and exceptionally reasonable in price in this day and age. I highly recommend them.

Very happy. I brought my Miele in on a Friday afternoon, and they said repairs might take a week. But it was ready the next day, for only 100 (it’s a 500 machine, & dear to my neatnik heart). Plus, they always have the right bags available, & they don’t try to push new vacuums on you when the old one temporarily... uh... bites the dust.

Great place my grandma said they even came out to the car and brought both my machines in fixed right then and there. And put them back in her car. Thank you for helping my grandma. She said they are fairly priced too

BEYOND HORRIBLE! The new owner could not locate my sewing machine pressure foot, I paid for with the previous business owner. When I insisted she contact him, she had a changing list of excuses, continued ignoring me, and helped four customers who came in the store after me. One of those customers was an older man without a facemask, she made time to immediately fix his sewing machine at the counter. Then told me I was rude for insisting she needed to contact the prior owner before continuing to help other customers. At my insistence, she begrudgingly took my phone number acting as if she was doing me a favor. This is not an essential business and a bad actor when other businesses are grateful for income. She was loud, belligerent, and downright crazy (so am I, but I still paid my money). This company rents sewing machines, it would have been prudent to provide me with a loaner until locating the part. Sans MBA, seeing a customer walk through the door in (a first responder) uniform is an opportunity to develop a long term income source. Check this space, same time next year to see if it is still a viable business. This business is not a fit for the downtown Berkeley community especially during a global pandemic.

My question is, those who've used this service recently, were you charged a deposit?? This company was small, family owned, affordable, professional and understood good business. My mother has used their service for years. We took our vacuums there to be charged a really expensive amount for \to be serviced\. I mean we've taken SEVERAL vacuums prior for an array of reasons; never charged anything near that amount. This company is not sounding anything like the service we remember, or what service should be.
