Chalita and I had the same experience. Dr. Donahue is wonderful. He gets 5 stars but dealing with the business office manager/ intake coordinator made for such a year long unpleasant experience, I'm not going back. I think her name is Mary. She was rude and condescending. I needed disability paperwork completed and I felt her intention was to make me feel embarrassed and ashamed of my situation. I spoke to Dr. Donahue and what he told me and what she wrote on the SSA form was so inconsistent, my attorney said it was a detriment to my case. I cannot believe Dr. Donahue reviewed it prior to signing it. I had given her an example of a completed form which I filled out where I felt I was at in my progress. \I don't know why you are giving this to me.\ I tried to explain what she didn't listen to the first time and she tossed it on the counter. I then received a bill in the mail for 10 with the description \Form.\ No one informed me there would be a charge. I contacted SSA and was told I should not be charged for any copies and paperwork related to an active SSDI case. I am grateful for the care I received by Dr. Donahue but I will not go back. I use an account I set up for social media only but they will know who this is if anyone checks the comments. I'd say something to the Dr. but he has to know her demeanor as I've seen them interact. It really is unfortunate.

I am highly dissatisfied with the amount of attitude that the receptionist was giving me. I would expect a better employee that have patience with clients and clients, who doesn't speak English well or have other disadvantages. Appointments and requiring info should be an easy and stress-free process but this woman made the whole phone call very confusing and she wanted to give me attitude for her own confusions and lack of social manners.

Exceptionally pleasent staff and environment while maintaining a professional bearing, and the Doctor is friendly, informative and assuring. Highly recommended.
