Great customer service! I placed an order intending to have it delivered and somehow must have accidentally switched to a different location on their website which did not deliver to the address I needed. So I switched the order to be shipped, but their system caught it and automatically diverted it back to the location that was more local to where I needed. Long story short, they adjusted it back to delivery, refunded my shipping costs, and the item was delivered the next day. Amazing! Great communication and service will definitely buy from them again.

I had a fantastic experience with Gary's. I had some questions which I was able to have answered via text. The customer service was fantastic. My order was quickly fulfilled. They even called me to make sure I really wanted a half bottle versus a full-size bottle. Very impressive! I would definitely order from Gary's again!!

Super convenient using the iPhone app to make my order and the delivery was made on the same day. Gary’s was efficient in handling any order adjustments too. I had one item that was out of stock and they gave me a call right away to figure out if I wanted to replace or remove it from my order. The delivery was good too. It was within my selected time frame and completely contact-free. They organized everything neatly and bagged or boxed specific items. Great experience!

Multiple managers (3-4) passed us, no one said hi or asked if they could help. Only the young lady at the register was pleasant & helpful. I've noticed since going in the past if u dress well thy ask if u need help, however if u go in casual clothes they ignore you. This is always a last resort. The one across the street is ALWAYS helpful & friendly.
