Just dropped off two whitetail here and couldn't be happier with the service, friendly staff, and the many options available. I'll try to remember to followup once I get the meat back, but for now this is my new go-to processor.

I have taken quite a few deer to these guys over the years and have always been pleasantly surprised with both the meat and the mounts. This is a great family owned business. The father and son were almost more excited about a 12 point I took them than me, really was cool! I had 12 hunters with me this weekend that all brought link sausage from their processors (J & K, Hudsons, Griffith's and a few more) It was decided that D & B will be getting the majority of their business from here on. BTW Gator Eggs are awesome!

Poor customer service! My son killed his first deer on their ranch and we used them for the taxidermy work. The last two years have been nothing but excuses on why we didn't have our deer yet. Constantly told two more weeks.... we just ordered the form. We were also told they lost his hide. (to many others to list) We were then told that wasn't true and they do have the hide. They claimed to not know why we were told that. Fast forward a 1 1/2 years they finally mount it. We go get it only to see a spotted fallow! They have a big 8x10 photo of my son and his CHOCOLATE fallow! I spoke with the taxidermist and he blames the place that tanned the hides on mixing them up. He also said there were several other hides mixed up. I guess there was some truth to what we were told months ago. So once again we wait on them to look for his hide. After months of waiting we requested our money back and the return of his horns. There was no compensation on the loss of the hide and no offer to make it right other than wait and see if they find the hide. Their main concern was the loss they had. Keep in mind we killed the deer on their ranch. A lot of money was spent on this hunt and the only ones that came out ahead was this place. My son will never have his first buck he killed mounted with the correct hide! We will never use them again and I hope this helps anyone looking for a taxidermist.

We've had 3 deer processed at DB from my family and another 2 that friends of ours shot and the experience has been great. Their sausage has been great - best jalapeno and cheese deer sausage we've had. The hunter sticks are great - my boys love them for snacks. They called promptly when the meat was ready. We're currently waiting on some mounts and are looking forward to getting them back in the coming month(s)...so far our experience with DB has been outstanding, would recommend to any one in the area.
