I have worked with Dan and his staff on several occasions, first when my parents bought a house with an aerobic septic system (neither they or I had previous experience with these systems). When Dan came out and inspected the system prior to purchasing the home he explained absolutely every part of the system, what to look out for, which repairs should be done ASAP and which could wait. Naturally, I did not hesitate to call Gullett again when I was looking at a house for my wife and I that had an aerobic system. They inspected it, told me what was wrong needing repair and even cleared out an obstruction of roots in one tank right there on the spot during the inspection. Dan and his staff are very busy, but the expertise they offer is worth waiting for if necessary.
As part of my sellers agreement purchasing a new house the seller had Gullet pump the tank and do the inspection. 6 months after moving in I decided to have diff company come to inspect. Gullet listed the seller as a regular customer that they had done all previous septic work with. Come to find out they had NEVER pumped the back half of the tank despite charging for it so it had been completely full. Also they did the inspection which was falsified. They NEVER inspected any of the items they checked the boxes off for on the Ohio department of health report form. Who I will also be contacting. I am now out 1400 to have it repaired and FULLY pumped. I called 5 days ago. I was told Mr. Gullet would contact me. Never happened. Being in contracting myself I cannot stand these companies who charge for poor and or no work.
Called for service and couldnt get anyone to answer phone during business hours. When finally got ahold of them they was extremely over priced and we would had to wait...even more than one day. We needed it done asap. Thought being down road it would be the cheapest and quickest. Got some one else out same day from Milford area and saved over 75.
