I had a strange experience here. I got a groupon for Brazilian laser hair removal. Upon arrival they told me I’d need to purchase a 2nd Groupon to also get the bikini area in addition to the Brazilian area. Though the machine they have is advertised as not needing a topical anesthetic, they told me to use topical lidocaine prior to treatment. Even with this it was quite painful. Nonetheless I had decent results. The first 2 times I left a cash tip with the receptionist to give to the nurse. The 3rd time the nurse was quite brisk and told me “this is a doctors office, we do not accept tips.” So wondering where my tips went the first 2 times..... To be transparent this was about a year ago. Having just gotten another removal treatment at another establishment I realize how negative this experience was.
