This place is so so so amazing! This is my first time writing a review on a restaurant. I am not the type of person to write reviews, however, when I tell you that this place is impeccable it is. The hospitality is evident from management to the servers. My aunt and I weren’t planning on coming to this restaurant, because it was a last minute plan; and, let me just say it will never be a last minute plan when I’m in the area. Our server Federico was so patient, kind, funny, attentive and assertive. One of the best restaurants in the DMV area.

I should’ve known not to come to a restaurant sporting my boyfriend’s ex’s name. It was trash just like her. The only good thing that came out of this visit was the mussels. Everything else was very bland and underwhelming. Even the drinks were weak as hell. But here are some great shots—because even I can make the most absurd things look great 0/10 do not recommend.
Food was good, but if you are charging me a 5% Covid-19 surcharge, you should try cleaning the bathroom and the ledges around the restaurant. We sat at table 10/1 and the amount of dust on the ledge behind us was appalling. Just disappointing.
The steak was fantastic, very impressive (caramelized onions, red wine sauce, etc)...really very good. The only thing was the fries were pretty terrible, kinda bland and too crunchy. The brioche French toast was very good too, perfectly moist and still crispy. I look forward to coming here again.
Given these pandemic times, the quality of this restaurant pervades. As outdoor temperatures rise, I hope the number of tables will increase. Otherwise customers will be left standing. Conscientious service and quality food presentation has not been tarnished by the pandemic.
This restaurant gives fantastic service and delicious meals. One of the best place in the area. The drinks and food arrived rapidly and the rates are economical. Highly recommended.
Ruben made our night so memorable. He was highly educated on the menu, perfectly coursed out our meal, and was overall extremely professional and friendly. All the food was great as well. Will definitely be back!
High class, high quality restaurant. You know it's high quality based on the sparse menu; Mon Ami Gabi specializes in French cuisine and makes each dish to perfection. I highly recommend the Quiche Lorraine. The pastry I got would have made Paul Hollywood proud: no soggy bottoms and visible layers! The eggs benedict with salmon was also good.
