I was getting married in May 2020, and needed my wedding dress altered to fit me in a crunch; Ms Betsy took me in on a last minute notice in May and was able to alter my dress in literally a day or two time and did it correctly. Thank you so much Ms Betsy! You are truly a gift!

The quality of work is good, everything was fine but the dress was a bit shorter than I wanted, but I didn't have the best experience. I dropped off a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed and it was supposed to take 4-5 days, which was perfect because the wedding was in 2 weeks. Long story short, she never called and I couldn't get a hold of her until an entire month later, only to be told the dress wasn't finished, and she'd have it done the next day. I do not recommend taking anything to her that you need by a specific date, my dress obviously wasn't a priority since it took an entire month to do a simple hem
Very good experienced alterations
After dropping off my beautiful custom tailored high-end expensive drapes with specific instructions. My drapes were returned a complete disaster. My reasons for NOT recommending this place are below. #1. There is a visible blade cut on the drape. This explains why the curtains were neatly folded when I arrived to pick them up. She acted as if she did not have time to go over her work with me to confirm satisfaction. #2. The drapes were split/cut/separated unevenly. #3. The cut and hem length I specifically requested 90 inches in length was completely off. The curtain length came back with a length of apx 68. I This was no where near what I requested. #4. The completion time was off about 2 1/2 weeks. The completion dates were pushed out several times. #5 The house REEKED of cat urine. I purchased the most beautiful tailored drapes for 1,500 at a high-end estate sale. The most I have ever spent on a single item in my home to date. These were for my new recently purchased home. This woman (Betsy) completely destroyed my beautiful drapes. Now, I will pay a pretty penny to have the damage she has done fixed. My 1st instinct was to turn around the moment I stepped in the door and smelled that overwhelming cat urine. I did not turn around because...I did not want to judge a book by its cover. I wished I would have never knocked on that door. And guess what....Now, Betsy will not answer the phone. That’s okay, she can keep the 65. I am presently debating wether or not to take her to court and demand she pay for the tailored drapes that she completely ruined. This place of business is NOT RECOMMENDED. Now Betsy will not answer the phone.
Did a great job with hemming my husband's pants. The only negative is she is remodeling and it's a wreck,but I would recommend this place. They have a very quick turnaround and it was hemmed to perfection.
