Barbara Hollander

Absolutely one of the top doctors in this whole area. If you want a younger doctor with an old soul and a great big heart I suggest you go to see Dr. Ben-Artzi. He is one of the few doctors that will treat an older person, who has Medicare, the same way he would treat patient or someone who is famous. Besides being a brilliant doctor he is kind, caring and takes complete 100% interest in your problems.

Having had rheumatoid arthritis for over thirty years, and having moved and changed health insurance as needs must, I have been a patient of Dr. Ben-Artzi for a few years now and, while I have always had good care for this and other conditions, without a doubt Dr. Ben-Artzi is as good as they get. He takes the time, listens carefully and consults with my other doctors before making decisions about my care. Those decisions have had a life-altering affect on my overall health for which I shall be forever grateful. I might add that his attending nurse is also outstanding and, for those who lead busy lives, the wait is usually brief.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ben-Artzi's since before he left UCLA. At the time the office made clear that my insurance was not accepted at his new practice. There was no question that I would stay his patient any way. When you find a doctor that is clinically, personally, and professionally as exceptional as Dr. Ben-Artzi it is a given that you do not make a change. To give an example of the kind of person and doctor he is, I can say I wasn't very easy to convince that I really had RA. Dr. Ben-Artzi patiently sat with me and more times than I can count, showed me the details of my X-rays and explained each time about the evidence. As one would expect with a doctor like him, Dr. Ben-Artzi's office staff are most helpful and courteous. And his nurse Vicki is the best, so supportive and reassuring.Thank you Dr. Ben-Artzi, Vicki, and the whole office.
