Had my car valeted and they crashed it in to a water pipe painted red, i could hear the noise of my back window shattering , spent about 30 min going threw the paper work and waiting for mgmt to show up. When mgmt finally did show up they assured me that their insurance would cover all expenses for fixing my window and door on my LR3. While waiting for them to finish the paper work I Called the auto shop to make appointment for the next day to have them look at it for the estimate for the repairs. The repair shop estimate the repairs at around 2,000 and said that the estimate my go up depending on how severe the damage to the door , so i email the estimate over to mgmt for modern parking call and let them know i had email the estimate. A week and haft later i haven't heard anything so i called the repair shop no one had come to see the car yet and so i called the mgmt of the parking lot they told me that they didn't even know it was in the shop yet and finally said they will send someone to see the car. Now its almost a month later and they still haven't fix my car what a scam. i would not park in any of these locations. I cant believe this. You would think that a valet in Beverly hills would want to keep their track record clear of issue like this.
