Very nice, just blunt! I even asked to pick them up a day early and they allowed me. Just give them a fair warning (a few days ahead) and ask if it is possible. My shoes look SO NICE! They even polished them up. I had a rubber protective layer added to my Louboutin heels and my Valentino slides and I’m so happy I did. Looks great!

I’m busy all day doing eyelashes and I always have my assistant run over and get my shoes and belts adjusted and fixed he’s the nicest guy over there he does a great job
Absolutely worst people to do business in the world. Will lie to you when you try to drop your shoes off about giving you “the best price” turns out they’re charging me 400 for 6 pairs of shoes cleaned. Avoid at all costs. Don’t care for customers or reviews.
