Great experience picking up our new car from Bical Cadillac. Our salesman Jason was great from beginning to end. Got us a great price, showed us everything about the car in fine detail, and doing the paperwork was quick and easy. Overall, a seamless and very enjoyable experience. Would recommend highly!

Anthony and service team at Bical are the best. My appointment time was honored and Anthony provided the Cadillac experience i expect as an owner. He made me aware of pending minor recall and had me out in under an hour for oil change, tire rotation etc.

Went in for service. Asking them to fix shaking for my suv. Charged me for some flushing of engine that didn't help at all. Ask them to balance tire, they told me it's fixed.... still has same shake.. so just I lived with it. Then went in for tire change on 2 tires about a year later.. they balanced the tires and viola, it's fixed.. they never balanced the tires and gave me some service charge that I don't need. I drive extra 20 mins to go to another Cadillac service to avoid this one. Other than the visits for car balance shaking.. my other visits were pleasant.
