Definitely enjoyed the coaster ride and also the slide, which comes with the ride up to the top on the chairs. Awesome view of the lake from the top....you can snap pics while waiting to slide;) I recommend going on the fast side, full speed if you like a small dose of adrenaline. The tubing side wasn't too impressive. Tubes are basic without handles and that takes away a lot of the fun because its hard to slide in groups. There was only one way up instead of typical two sides. My three kids on the tubing side (ages 6, 11 and 12) got bored after barely 3 hours and we paid for the day! Too bad there was no half day option. Five of us opted for the coaster and slide and worked out perfect because the kids and us all finished at the same time. Since this was second day tubing, if I could do it again at this park, I'd only buy coaster and slide rides for all kids....no tubing here. The park for tubing was much more fun at Snow Play. They're all about the same prices and rules.

I had a lovely time with family here. Several different activities to do from the roller coaster to Flying Eagle repel line. Great views of Big Bear and all its beauty. The prices are relatively reasonable and they have a good emphasis on safety which is good. I recommend to visit this park while enjoying a trip to Big Bear.

Disappointing experience for the price. No maximum capacity was enforced- a line wrapping around the park steadily fed in all day long, contributing to EXTREME crowding. COVID guidelines nonexistent- shoulder to shoulder “lines” at the entrance, top of the snow hill, and alpine slide. No mask enforcement either. Staff were unprofessional, unorganized, and rude. Prices stayed the same at 35/person for snow play (regardless of the fact that it took about 30 minutes between each tubing down to wait in line to get back up to the hill). Staff did not care to assist in lines/crowd control, yelling at people to keep walking even when there were so many people, those at the top couldn’t exit the “magic slide” escalator. Was there for about 3.5 hours and spent 3 of those just waiting in line. Got to go down the snow hill twice and the alpine slide once. Just ridiculous.

**CASH ONLY** We visited solely for the purpose of trying their new ride, the Mine Shaft Coaster. First, let me clarify, this ride does not go into any mine shafts. It is completely outdoors and above ground. These are the steps that must followed to get to enjoy this fun little ride: 1) WAIVER You must sign a waiver I'm order to ride. You can do it here on one of their tablets, or you can print one out at home and bring it with you. You cannot submit it online. 2) TICKETS Next, you will need to purchase your tickets. The line to buy tickets takes you by a couple of ATM machines. There are 2 more ATM machines inside the main building, but if this place is busy there's a good chance that people will be lined up to use those since this is a **CASH ONLY** place. 3) BOARDING With tickets in hand, you next mosey your way on over to the boarding line. In this line you will pass by a small cluster of lockers. You will need 4 quarters to user a locker. If you have a purse or backpack it will be a good idea to store them in the locker since the ride cars do not have any pockets and there is not an area where you can leave your backpack while you ride. Although a bit pricey, the ride was fun. The cars are locked into a track so you don't have to worry about it flipping over when you choose to go full speed and not touch the brake (IF you choose to do so).
