The lady that helped me I believed it was the owner, she was very helpful and friendly. I got \The bears\ version of the Beatles.. I love my Tshirt, is very original and she has good variety of Tshirts and suveniers as well. We shopped at a different store and before leaving we saw her there, too. I mentioned to the clerk that she helped us at the \Shirt Shanty\ store and she mentioned she was the owner of both stores, both stores offered good quality merchandise with friendly-helpful staff at both stores. We will come back to shop there again.

The T-shirt I bought was too big, so I tried to exchange it for one size smaller the very next day. They said no refunds or exchanges! I even had my receipt and it hadn’t even been 24 hrs! Terrible customer service!!! I would not shop here again. The Brown Bear Gift Shop was awesome with much better service and compassion.
