Awesome service. I had a new four wheeler for my daughter and she not rode it in a year because of a problem. They fix the issue within the same day for me. Pat was my mechanic and served me well. Dawn is awesome and a funny guy. Awesome customer care and service.

I’m so saddened that the people below have had such a surprising poor experience. Pat and Don have treated me on hand and foot, at the drop of a dime, in taking care of my bike. They have bent over backwards and the services they render are a baragain for what they do vs what they charge! They are GREAT people and I’m blown away every time I leave. If I could rate this place a 0 or below I definitely would. Shotty workmanship and customer service. My Step Dad took his bike there ALMOST 1 YEAR AGO just for a starter replacement.... They still have the bike and get annoyed when he calls to check the status of it. How the hell is this place still in business?? Your going to get mad at a customer when they're paying you for a service?? (More like lack of service) Unbelievable. I'm gonna spread the word like wildfire. Don't go here EVER!!
The selection varies from time to time but the staff are great people. Very informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and of they make a mistake they fix it, so no real complaints.
This company sells good products but, unfortunately, has the absolute Worst customer service ethic I've ever had the misfortune to experience!! The company Does Not want to service what it sells!! My 150cc Jonway scooter has been languishing in their company workshop for about a Month now due to a damaged ignition switch cylinder. Repeated calls to the company invariably receive the Same Response: "the part hasn't arrived yet." It shouldn't take a Month for a simple and common part to Arrive!! Very Frustrating!! Even more frustrating, though, is that often one can't even call the company to obtain the status of one's vehicle because No One will Answer The Phone!! This is Very Poor customer service!! I bought my machine from This Company but This Company does Not Want To Service what it Sells!! Apparently motorscooters are a mere sideline for this company, thus are Not considered to be of much Importance. And the customer is not considered to be of Any Importance Either!! Very Poor Customer Service!! How this company remains open is Beyond my Understanding. No service. No valid phone number to call to complain about No Service!! This company needs to be refered to the district attorney's office for prosecution for Fraud and Theft By Taking.
*All MILITARY* WORST SERVICE all around; recommended to be placed on UNAUTHORIZED list for Fort Benning service members. Porzio Performance is recommended. My ATV drove it's way to the back of their shop and got pushed out 14 weeks later, with missing parts, parts from other ATVs, charged for work not done, no reply from any of the staff (as you can see none of the bad reviews get replies from them), no intent to satisfy customer, no intent to reimburse, employees bragged of how much they rode my ATV while it was there.
This is the worst place I've ever been to I don't know how they are still in business everyone I've talked to about this place had a horrible story about them never completing the work and if they did they made it worse I had them do work on a dirt bike I bought from them I took it for one ride and the motor locked up..... I took it back so they could fix it and it took 10 months of them avoiding me and telling me that they are still working on it. I finally told them I'm coming to pick it up and when I did they gave it back to me in peaces and looked like I wasn't touched in months dirt and cobwebs all over it they assured me everything was there .... I took it somewhere else to have the work done and turns out they stole parts off of my bike and put boat parts in I had gears missing and my oil pump was missing and so many other things as well. They do way more bamage then good they are all con artists and need to be arrested. I have a couple other buddies with the same situation with there boats...... these people need to be shut down!!!
Great atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend them.
