The 8 t-shirts that they made for us came out beautiful! We celebrated my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary on a cruise and we got so many compliments. I'm definitely ordering more from them. By the way, the t-shirts were ready a day earlier which I loved!

Mark at Big Frog provided friendly and fast service. The final product was better than I expected and I've received so many compliments on our new t shirts. We needed a quick turnaround and they were able to deliver and for less than Custom Ink.
What can I say! I simply got exactly what I wanted! I chose my favorite font from a wide range of samples and we set up my monogram on an awesome computer app and selected from every color that I chose to look at. I was emailed a mock up of the chosen patterns. I changed my mind on some items, we made the corrections. I picked up my order about a week later and I am absolutely pleased with the quality and look of my custom monogrammed shirts. I really appreciated the way I was welcomed and facilitated to create my own preferences. Thanks for an outstanding product and buying experience. I will bring more requests soon
The shirts I ordered turned out great. The shirt material was of great quality and the printing was perfect. They were ready within a week. The thing I liked the most was they didn't have a minimum number of shirts I had to order. I only needed 5. Thanks!

I was only in town for the week and need some sweatshirts made for my team members at work. I was looking around the internet and all the other companies wanted to charge heaps of money for their designs. I went looking and found Big Frog's. I went in and they gave me such professional service. I would have appreciated if they would have kept the dog away from me as it was barking and being very aggressive during my visit. But the associate gave me a card, I went back to work, sent in my idea and they took it from there. They gave me Thursday as a day of completion. I called close to closing time as I hadn't received any correspondence. They told me it would be ready by closing. I arrive around 5:50pm and they were still finishing up. Not a huge deal, just wanted to be kept in the loop regarding how long the job would have taken. All in all it was a great experience because the final product looks amazing!
I am very disappointed in my experience with them. I have worked with other Big Frog locations and had a great experience and was hoping the same for this one. I called first thing this morning to see if they would be able to help me with my order. After being told several times she would get back to me soon with pricing and proofs it wasn't until a few minutes before close she did. The pricing was over double what I had been quoted elsewhere. That is fine if that is what your pricing is I just wish I would have received it in a timely matter instead of wasting an entire day on a order I need quickly.
It’s an amazing experience on the ideas of where to put your custom design on a specific fabric. Weather it be from hoodies and shirts to Hats and Aprons. I had a custom design from a rapper that I think needs to be listened to more on the regular because his style is unique compared to others, his name is Kay P.And I plan on wearing this garment for future shows/gigs with my band The Beckleys. We play indie/alternative rock inspired by the 80s and other genres. Look us up on all music platforms and follow us on social media to be updated on our releases, I definitely plan on going to big frog more often for custom pieces. Thank you to the whole staff!
