I purchased a belt from the retail shop. I was told it would take about a week and they would call me. Ten minutes later they called and told me to turn around and come pick up my belt! Great job!

Outstanding product. These belts are made to last and they are very high quality. Also great customer service, as I ordered the wrong length on the first round - they accepted the return and sent me the correct sizes without any additional charge and they were very nice to speak with on the phone. Positively blown away with the quality and durability of this gun belt, looks great, performs great, and holds my Xds 40 in a thumb break holster perfectly, with no sag or stretch. I love this gun belt. And will purchase another one if this one EVER gives up on me. But, I have a feeling this will last me for years to come. I ordered a brown leather with the steel reinforcement for an everyday belt that could easily double as a gun belt when needed. The belt has excellent construction, the leather was well stitched and much thicker than I expected. When I received my belt only to find that the measurements taken(by me) were very, very wrong. So I exchanged the belt not once, but twice until I received the right size. They exchanged the belt with no questions asked within a week of the return. The only think that I had to pay for was shipping(considering that it was my problem that I can't measure, it is the least I could do). I would definitely purchase from this company again, not only for the excellent quality belts, but also for the value(Belt cost 49.99 with shipping, they were running a special)

High quality gun belt, but I am not sure it's worth that much money. I have found that it is a little uncomfortable, maybe it will get better the more I wear it.
