Picked up our tv today from having the back lights replaced. He did a great job. Picture was bright and was able to enjoy the browns make it to the playoffs!!! He kept us updated from when parts were ordered, when they came in and how long to fix. Which was not long at all. Thanks again

I called this guy maybe like a month ago and he didn’t strike me as friendly, he came off very arrogant as if he was the last tv tech left in the city. I went ahead and scheduled a drop off to him to evaluate the tv and he never answered before and after the scheduled appointment time.

We had a 70” tv that was only a few years old when some of the LEDs went out. We did not have a warranty and preferred to seek repair instead of purchasing a new tv. The tv was assessed and repaired quickly and is working beautifully.
