Tim and bikes@vienna are amazing. While deployed I was able to get my Brompton plus several accessories. Customer service was A and I would highly recommended bikes@vienna!! All precautions are taken to assure minimal amount of contact when picking up a bike or getting service.

As a novice, I went looking for a recumbent bikes and the staff spent over an hour with me, patiently explaining features, advantages, and disadvantages. I rode a number of bikes and trikes, with no pressure to buy at all. I was invited back after I thought things over so I could take one out for a longer ride. Their prices are list, so you are paying for service and attitude. They do carry used bikes/trikes on commission, however, so you can shave off a few bucks that way. I live two hours away and will go back when I'm ready to buy.

I was looking at folding bikes and in the course of my research I decided on a brompton folding bike. In searching for a distributor Bikes@Vienna was one of the ones on the list. After several Emails and a couple of telephone conversations with Tim we scheduled a time to drive over there and test ride the bikes. Through out it all he was always prompt in answering my inquiries and always answered my inquiries completely. During the time I was there several people were dropping off bikes for servicing and they were all treated kindly and professionally. This was during the more restrictive requirements of Covid-19. There was no pressure to make a purchase, instead he advised that after the test rides I should go home and think about it. Several days later I contacted him and arranged to purchase two bikes the next day. I would recommend this shop to anyone they are very knowledgeable and very kind to all especially a novice folding bike owner.
