The dealership looks prestigious on the outside and inside. The service is phenomenal when I arrived. I was astounded to see the efficiency of the workplace. Jose Juarez who helped me buy my car was outstanding in his service and hospitality. I recommend this dealership to everyone who wants to buy a car.

This was an AWESOME experience!! I have never been to a dealership so nice & QUICK! There was NO hassle to purchase my vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee). The Sales person Sheroze Israr was AMAZING!!! Went to look for a car with my sister at Naperville Volkswagen, we were greeted and taken care of right away! The salesman Gerardo was so helpful! Not pushy in any way. I went in looking for a certified used vehicle and showed me what he had in stock and helped me choose what I wanted. He was so nice, respectful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was able to answer all the questions I had and helped me through every step of the way. The manager also came to greet us and to see how we were doing, its always nice to see that. I definitely recommend going to this dealership!

My husband and I knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and just happened to find it at Bill Jacobs VW. Contacted the dealership through cars.com and Ray Golding responded right away to my questions. He followed up via email and wanted to make sure we had all the info we needed. I never felt pressured or bothered which was appreciated. When we decided to make the trip to look at the vehicle (mind you we live a few hours away) we immediately felt welcomed. Ray was down to earth, trusting, and professional. Brought home our new \toy\ and are very happy with our purchase. If in the future, we found another perfect vehicle at this dealership, I'm sure we'd make the long trip again!
